A sex offender in Florida obtained custody of a child born during his marriage to his wife, even though he admitted in divorce proceedings that the child is not his. He was legally presumed to be the father, and the child’s grandmother was charged with child neglect as a result of her daughter being impregnated by the child’s father when she was 14 and he was 38 – which resulted in the father’s charge of a sex offense.
