Mark Schondorf was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and graduated from Beverly Hills High School. For college, Mark studied around the world, including overseas progarms in Tel Aviv, Israel; Hong Kong, and China. Mark finished his education in Washington D.C., graduating from Georgetown University, obtaining his Baccelors in Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. Mark returned to Los Angeles to sell real estate in the Hollywood Hills, transacting almost $3 million in real property in his first year of practice before attending law school. Mark attending Loyola Law School, graduating in 2006. While there, Mark excelled in various courses, including Business Associations, Securities Law, Construction Law, Venture Capital, and Trial Advocacy. During law school, Mark worked for various attorneys in a multitude of practice areas, including consturction defect defense, business and securities litigation, and personl injury. Further, while in school Mark devoted his time to the local community, assisting low income individuals and families file taxes and take advantage of particular tax benefits.
After passing the notorious California Bar Exam on his first attempt, Mark opened his practice in Culver City, California. Since then, Mark has achieved various career successes, including obtaining judgments totalling $81,000.00 in a construction fraud action and prevailing on an contract dispute, which became a published appellate opinion. Further, as co-counsel in trial, Mark achieved success in a quiet title action in Los Angeles Superior Court, a fraud action in Orange County Superior Court, and an successfully defended an alleged childhood sexual abuse claim in a jury trial.
